If interested in participating in one of the shifts, please email Ron Grabowski at rgrabowski@student.gsu.edu ranking your shift preferences. This will be on a first come first serve basis.

7:30 A.M. Shift:

1. As soon as student volunteers arrive, form a group that will help employers unload at the loading dock. Carry the EXPO sign to the Piedmont Ave. loading dock area and set on the sidewalk. Locate the carts (usually in the loading dock area) that student center is loaning us to help employers unload.

2. Another group of 2-3 volunteers can set up the registration booths by distributing the following:

a. Name badges (and instructions for filling in).
b. Two pens per registration booth.
c. Handouts to students.
d. Instructions for registering students.
e. Sign-in Books.

3. Be sure to tell employers the location of break area.

10:00 – 1:00 shift:

1. Post two volunteers by doors to check students for business attire as they enter.
2. One student volunteer needed to take up lunch tickets at Alumni Hall.
3. One-two students needed to stand at exit doors of student center and direct employers to alumni hall for lunch.
4. Three - five students needed to fill in at registration booths.
5. Bring in the EXPO sign from Piedmont Road.

1:00 – 3:30 shift:

1. Post two volunteers by doors to check students for business attire as they enter.
2. One student volunteer needed to take up lunch tickets at Alumni Hall.
3. Three – five students needed to fill in at registration booths.
4. Five – six students needed to assist employers with break down of booth.
5. Hand out airbills to employers to ship back displays.
6. Hand out evaluations.
