Etiquette Dinner

Join Renee Jones, executive trainer and etiquette expert, for cocktails, an amazing four-course meal, and a lesson in business etiquette at the Commerce Club.  This Mix of necessary skill and great food is not to be missed!

Thursday, November 15^th

Reception: 6:30 PM

Dinner: 7:00 PM – 9: 30 PM  

The event includes drinks, hors d’oeuvre, a structured etiquette lesson, and the following four-course dinner:

She Crab Soup with Crab & Parsley Garnish

Spinach Salad with Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Gruyère, and Bacon Vinaigrette

Filet of Beef with Caramelized Mushroom and Red Wine Demi-Glace

Rustic Potatoes

Grilled Vegetables

Apple or Peach Crisp with Vanilla Ice Cream

The Registration is $30, $20 for Premium Members.

Students may bring one non-student guest.
